Support & Change Requests Policy (Quick Version)

System break/failure (our responsibility):
If something we built stops working as intended(automation not firing, broken links, bot not responding), we fix it as a priority at no additional cost.

Included support:

Minor adjustments and guidance (small template edits, updating values, small routing tweaks).

Out-of-scope changes:

Larger changes (new funnels, new workflows, major bot rewrites, custom reporting, multi-location routing, special one-off logic) require approval and may be billed.

Approval before work:

If a request requires payment, we'll send an estimate and invoice—work begins after payment is received.

Good to Know

• One request per submission (helps us track & deliver faster)

If this is an outage, mark High priority and include details/screenshot

If payment is required, you'll receive an invoice before work begins
